Shipping Information
We deliver all across Pakistan. Standard delivery charges are Rs. 350 per order. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Every order is carefully and securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.
Customer's Responsibility (Personal Reason) If you wish to return or exchange a product due to a personal reason such as:
- Change of mind
- Color or design not as expected
- Product does not suit your needs
In this case, all delivery charges (both return and re-delivery) will be paid by the customer.
Our Responsibility (Our Error) If there is an issue from our side such as:
- Wrong product sent
- Damaged or defective item received
In this case, delivery charges will be shared 50/50 between the customer and The Cozy Karigar, depending on the product and situation.
